What is your minimum order quantity?+
There is no minimum order. We print from a single piece upwards. Pricing scales with quantity — larger orders get better per-unit rates — but we never turn away small orders.
How long does a typical order take?+
Our standard lead time is 7–14 working days from artwork approval. For urgent orders, we offer a 2-working-day express service — subject to capacity. Note that express timing applies to working days only and excludes weekends and public holidays.
Can you print on garments I supply?+
Yes — we offer a "print on your own garment" service. Send your blanks to us and we'll apply the appropriate print method. Just let us know the fabric composition and garment type in advance so we can recommend the right process.
What file formats do you accept?+
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, PNG, JPG and SVG. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are preferred as they give the cleanest results at any scale. If you only have a raster file, send it over — our team will assess whether it's suitable or advise on alternatives.
Do I need to have my design ready to request a quote?+
Not at all. You can send us a rough idea, a logo, or even just a description of what you need. Our in-house creative team can help develop and prepare your artwork — just mention this in your message and we'll factor it into the quote.
How does the proofing process work?+
Before anything is printed, we send you a digital proof showing exactly how your design will appear on the garment — colour, placement, scale. Nothing goes into production until you sign off on it. Changes are free until you're happy with the proof.
What printing methods do you offer?+
We offer DTF (Direct to Film), Screen Printing, DTG (Direct to Garment), and Embroidery. DTF is our flagship method — run through our own factories, suitable for any fabric and full colour. The others are handled by long-term specialist partners. We'll recommend the best method for your brief.
Do you offer bulk pricing?+
Yes. Pricing scales with quantity — the more you order, the lower the cost per unit. We offer tiered pricing from 50+ units with additional corporate discounts available for ongoing accounts. Ask us about volume pricing when you submit your quote request.
